Flexible Getaway Booking
I redesigned Interval’s booking experience to support short-getaway vacations and boost revenue. The new UX adapts to both traveler types: destination-first users see options starting with location, nights, and check-in; date-first users start with check-in, nights, then destination. This dual-path flow simplified complex inventory rules and empowered users to book the way they plan—driving adoption and unlocking new revenue streams.
Modernized a complex legacy system into a simple, user-first experience.
Enabled short stays, unlocking new revenue and user flexibility.
Unified experience for how users plan trips: by date or place.
